Role Overview
Are you ready to shape the future of talent at Plymouth Community Homes? We’re looking for a strategic and innovative leader to join our high-performing People & Culture team as Senior People Business Partner – Talent & Development. This is a role driving forward-thinking talent strategies that not only build skills and capabilities, but also strengthen engagement, improve retention, and drive organisational success, unlocking the potential of every colleague.
Responsibilities
* Shape and lead the design and delivery of our organisation-wide talent, learning and development strategy, that align with our business goals and ambitious vision.
* Be a key player in enhancing engagement and retention, using insights and data to inform targeted, meaningful interventions.
* Champion a learning and high-performance culture, encouraging curiosity, continuous improvement, and excellence at every level.
* Drive a dynamic apprenticeship and early careers programme, aligned with workforce planning and social impact goals.
* Partner across the People & Culture team and the wider organisation to build capability, support change, and future-proof our workforce.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in talent, learning and development within a large, complex organisation.
* A strong track record of influencing change and driving engagement and retention strategies across all levels.
* Expert knowledge of apprenticeship programmes including funding, compliance, and levy management.
* Experience of managing significant budgets and resources effectively.
