This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven General Manager to help develop the Good Time Golfin business as it rebrands and expands its competitive socialising offering. We are looking for a customer focused leader with an engaging and outgoing character to bring our team together and ensure all visitors have a truly memorable experience. You need to demonstrate a background within a high volume, fast paced leisure or hospitality environment and really enjoy customer contact. The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility and report to owners on a quarterly basis. This is very much a hands on role, working with and shaping our team. About Good Time Golfin Opened in July 2022, Good Time Golfin is a state-of-the-art golf-themed entertainment facility in South West London. The site has 36 holes of dinosaur themed adventure golf, 55 premium driving range bays with augmented reality games, tables and sofas, a 9 hole synthetic beginners golf course, and a café/bar with interactive darts & pool. As part of a group of golf entertainment venues you will also benefit from the experience and support of the other sites. We have developed a reputation for pushing the boundaries and thinking differently. Key Responsibilities of the General Manager include; Site Leadership & Operations • Consistently drive 5 star operational standards • Manage recruitment • Ensure highest Health & Safety standards • Consistently deliver truly memorable experiences for our customers • Lead from the front with regular customer contact and engagement • Inspire team to deliver great experiences • Review customer feedback & use to drive continuous improvement • Work with group sales and marketing to maximise revenue on site Food & Beverage Performance • Own the F&B operation end-to-end, including bar and food service • Drive F&B revenue growth through strong execution, upselling and service standards • Manage stock, wastage, ordering and supplier relationships • Deliver agreed gross margin targets and control costs tightly • Ensure F&B supports peak trading, events and group bookings • Continuously review the offering to balance quality, speed and profitability People & Rota Management • Manage efficient, costed rotas aligned to trading demand • Set clear expectations around performance and accountability • Recruit, train and retain strong team members • Create a strong, passionate team.
