About the Role
As an Event Operations Executive, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our events in Germany. You will be responsible for the operational planning and execution of exhibitions, ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners, ensuring that all operational elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute operational aspects of exhibitions and events from concept to delivery
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external suppliers (venues, stand builders, logistics partners)
* Manage exhibitor services, including manuals, order forms, and on-site support
* Oversee floorplans, space allocation, and on-site logistics
* Monitor event budgets and ensure cost control
* Conduct post-event analysis, including surveys and operational improvements
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
* Support continuous improvement of operational processes and tools
Requirements:
* First experience in event operations, project management, or a similar role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
* Hands-on mentality and willingness to support on-site during events
* Strong communication skills in German and English (min. B2/C1)
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event tools is a plus
