Join TrinityBridge's HR Team as an HR Assistant, where you will provide transactional and operational support to managers and employees. Reporting to the Associate HR Business Partner, this role is vital in supporting and delivering comprehensive end-to-end HR services.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare new starter contracts and offer documentation in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Manage HR processes including employee changes and leavers processing.
3. Handle statutory leave requests and advise managers and employees accordingly.
4. Maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy and generate MI reports.
5. Produce ad hoc reports for managers and project teams as needed.
6. Conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance and data integrity.
7. Ensure all documents are properly recorded and securely filed in line with GDPR.
8. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
9. Lead monthly benefits administration and address related queries.
10. Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payroll accuracy and updates.
11. Respond to email and telephone queries from employees and managers, escalating issues as necessary.
12. Take notes during employee relations meetings as required.
13. Support HR & Compliance processes related to SMCR.
14. Assist in talent-related activities as needed.
15. Process invoices through the Concur system.
16. Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory reporting standards.
Regulatory Responsibilities & Compliance
* Understand the regulatory framework relevant to the role, practicing effective risk management.
* Follow all internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures, including FCA principles and the Compliance Manual.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
* Ability to manage work requests efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrable commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working within a fast-paced HR team is desirable.
