Civil Infrastructure Engineer
Contract: Hybrid: 3 days in office
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £40-£45ph (Umbrella)
The Role:
We're recruiting a Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading consultancy delivering defence-related civil infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for designing drainage, utilities, earthworks, surface treatments, and site access for key defence developments.This is a practical design role where you will take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Civil infrastructure design, ideally on defence or large-scale projects
* Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
* Experience in Microdrainage and information drainage
* Knowledge of UK civil design standards and best practice
* Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
* Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements:
* Must be eligible for SC Clearance (UK resident past 5 years; existing clearance advantageous)
* Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
