We are looking for: A logistics professional to join our Composite Materials GBU as European Distribution Specialist, responsible for regional distribution excellence and 3PL performance. Key responsibilities: - Manage and optimize 3PL relationships, including contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews - Lead regional logistics operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control - Implement and improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and material flow - Act as Supply Chain Safety representative for the region - Drive data-based performance improvements using KPIs, RCCA, and lean tools - Collaborate across functions to ensure logistics supports broader business goals - Contribute to budget allocation and cost optimization across logistics services You will bring: - 3-5 years of experience in logistics, with focus on warehousing, distribution or freight - Solid hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP is a strong plus - Proven ability to analyze data and work with databases to generate insights - Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is required - Strong track record in managing supplier and 3PL relationships - Knowledge of KPIs and performance tracking in warehousing and logistics - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other core Office applications You will get: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Life insurance - 16 weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave - Free language courses (24 languages available) - Additional local benefits Additional information: - Location: Wrexham UK, Heanor UK - Mobility: Travel to UK & German plants and WH's - Remote working to be agreed, nr of weekly days to remain flexible, based on specific needs Syensqo's purpose is to bond people, ideas and elements to reinvent progress.
