In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD). You’ll provide in-class support, deliver one-to-one interventions, and assist with small group sessions to help pupils access the curriculum and make progress socially and academically. You’ll collaborate with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to follow Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and promote inclusive, differentiated learning.
