We’re looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contractual aspects of our projects. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, procurement, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
This role is based in Stockport
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets
* Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration
* Monitor costs, conduct valuations, and certify payments
* Identify and mitigate project risks
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* RICS/CICES chartered or working towards it
* Strong knowledge of contracts and cost control
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
