Main responsibilities will include:
Support the Head of Sales & Design in managing key customer relationships across multiple apparel categories
Assist in building and maintaining strong client connections, ensuring excellent communication and service at all times
Provide administrative support, keeping all trackers, order details, and communications organised and up to date
Manage sales samples, including booking in/out, tracking, and ensuring efficient sample flow across teams and clients
Work closely with factories to support on costings, helping to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses
Monitor market trends, in-store activity, and pricing, feeding insights back to the wider team
Coordinate between design, production, and client teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery
Person specification:
Previous experience in fashion or apparel, either on the supplier or retail side
Proficiency in Excel and highly organised and accurate
Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, proactive attitude; someone who thrives in a small team setting
