Experienced Care Assistants required for immediate start roles in the Shirebrook Area of Mansfield. The Care Home provide short term residential care setting that can accommodate 39 residents with Illnesses related to Old Age. You will be required to work alongside the established team of Carers in providing an individualised plan of care taking into account their personal health needs and requirements. As an experienced Care Assistant you will be required to follow individual care plans and complete paperwork and reporting any problems to the senior members of staff. You will be assisting in the resident’s activities of daily living, including aspects of personal care. You will be expected to work on a one to one basis with some residents at times. You must have an awareness and passion to work with the Elderly, enhancing their quality of life. You will need: - A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment - A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one - All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this *We are unable to offer sponsorships* This is an ongoing role. You will be working on Saturdays and Sundays from 07:00 to 14:15 Rate of pay is £12.21 per hour, rising to £13.33 per hour after 13 weeks
