Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, efficient cleaner to carry out a weekly changeover clean at a well-kept property in Saxmundham. The home is used by local contractors; ideally you'll attend once per week on a weekend when the guests are out.
This is a consistent slot that should take a few hours each week, with more work available as we add properties.
What you'll do
* Complete a thorough clean of the property (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways).
* Strip and make all beds with fresh linen.
* Replace towels and restock essentials (toilet roll, soap, etc.).
* Empty bins, load and run the dishwasher, wipe appliances.
* Follow our digital checklist and upload quick before/after photos.
* Report any maintenance issues promptly.
* Ideally be able to launder the linens or arrange them going to the local laundrette
Cleaning supplies, linen and consumables are provided on site.What we need from you
* Meticulous attention to detail and pride in a job done properly.
* Reliability and great timekeeping — you show up and finish on time.
* Weekend availability (Sat/Sun preferred; same weekly slot).
* Able to work independently and follow a checklist on a smartphone.
* DBS and own transport desirable.
Pay & Hours
* Predictable once-per-week slot (typically a few hours).
* Competitive hourly rate, paid promptly.
* Additional shifts as our portfolio grows.
