This varied role will give you the chance to grow your skills across digital marketing, content creation, influencer engagement, and campaign planning — all within a supportive team at the heart of the world’s largest family-owned global pet product business.
Reporting to: Website & Social Media Manager
Location: UK Head Office, Castleford, West Yorkshire (Hybrid – min. 3 days office-based)
Responsibilities
* Digital campaigns – Plan, create, and deploy trade and consumer email and social media campaigns.
* Influencer partnerships – Engage with influencers to maximise brand reach and exposure.
* Content creation – Write and develop content for new product launches, blogs, and magazines, ensuring relevance and discoverability.
* Website management – Liaise with global brand teams to keep websites up to date and tailored to UK audiences.
* Marketing planning – Support digital calendar planning and cross-departmental projects.
* Product & event support – Coordinate with the warehouse on product samples, support packs, and assist with PR/event logistics.
What we’re looking for
* 1 – 2 years experience in a marketing, content or social media role, either in-house or agency.
* Highly organised and confident working on multiple projects to tight deadlines.
* Strong writing skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
* A creative, proactive, and self-motivated mindset with a desire to succeed.
* Solid understanding of email and social media marketing, audience targeting, and campaign creation.
* Curiosity about new technologies such as generative AI.
* A collaborative team player, comfortable working with colleagues across all levels of the business.
