About the role: Social Care Lawyer - To be responsible for Social Care law matters in regards to Childcare. About you: You will need to be skilled at providing concise and clear guidance, be well-organised and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team What you will do: 1.To undertake, provide and assist in the legal services provided to the Childrens 2.To represent the Council in legal and quasi legal proceedings in negotiations and generally in its relations with outside bodies and the public; 3. To appear on behalf of the Council in the Magistrates Court, County Court, High Court and Tribunals on matters as allocated by the Principal Solicitor; At Powys County Council, we believe great work starts with balance.
