The DOVE Project are actively seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual to join our team of Care and Support Workers.
I require 24/7 1:1 support as I live with Autism, a Learning Disability, Epilepsy and Hydrocephalus.
I have a small team of male support workers that enable me to go out daily in my car. I like visiting various local attractions and require staff to be flexible to my needs. I enjoy playing my keyboard, listening to music and going for walks.
I require support with meal planning and cooking, personal care, daily living skills, shopping, finances, healthcare and activities.
If you can provide practical, hands on support, have good communication skills, are patient, and have a good sense of humour get in touch!
*Being a driver is essential as I have a Motability car*

Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one.
Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
