Architectural Technologist / Technician – West London
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Package

Overview
Established Residential Developer who are award winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering project on time to budget whilst maintaining a great relationship with all clients and customers.
They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build. The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join them on a permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.
Key tasks & Responsibilities
* Organisation and preparation of detailed design drawings
* Co-ordination with contractors on site
* Develop project briefs and prepare and present design proposals
* Produce, analyse and advise on detailed specifications
* Carry out design-stage risk assessments
* Liaison with building control authority, fire authority and other regulatory bodies
* Develop design information to detailed status and maintenance of drawing information
* Attendance at design coordination meetings and construction site meetings
Personal Specification & Requirements
* Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
* Experience in working on Residential projects (traditional build houses and apartments)
* Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
* Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
* Degree qualified or Equivalent
* 3 years minimum experience
* Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
