Senior Recruitment Manager – Business Support
Location: Reading – Office‑based with driving required.
Salary: Up to £50,000 plus car allowance, uncapped bonus based on personal billings and team performance.
Responsibilities
* Run a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support.
* Manage and develop a small team of Recruitment Consultants.
* Grow market share across Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham and Maidenhead.
* Build strong client relationships and win new business.
* Drive performance, quality and profitability.
* Lead by example and champion Reed’s values.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (Business Support or similar commercial specialism preferred).
* Management experience or clear ambition to step into leadership.
* Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus.
* A hands‑on, motivating approach to coaching and developing others.
