We’re looking for someone to support a busy operations team by handling customer requests, coordinating field staff, and keeping records up to date. The role involves working with customers and internal teams to make sure jobs are logged, scheduled, and completed properly.
The Role:Take customer calls and emails about requestsSend out quotations for repairsHelp organise schedules and daily workloadKeep systems and records accurate and up to dateMonitor inboxes and respond to requestsDeal with basic queries The Candidate:Experience in admin, coordination, or technical customer supportGood communication skillsOrganised and able to manage a busy workloadAccurate with data entryComfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel INDX Apply
