Job Description
Exciting project within EML:
Currently manufacturing ambient tablets and capsules, EML is expanding into biologics with the upcoming production of LEQEMBI for Alzheimer’s/Dementia. As part of this growth, the company is building a new goods‑in/goods‑out warehouse to support cold chain biologics, with packaging activities scheduled to begin in 2027. In addition, EML is investing in new production lines, vial packaging, and auto‑injector capabilities. These roles form part of the operational capabilities workstream, alongside James, Tom, and two new hires. A dedicated project team has been assembled to drive this operational build‑out.
Packaging Operator (Project)
* Pharma packaging background preferred; however, candidates with packaging experience from other highly regulated industries (e.g., Food, FMCG) may also be considered.
* Greater flexibility applies to this role compared to the Technician position, where cross‑industry experience would only be considered as a last resort.
* Experience with batch documentation, SAP process order confirmation, and other SAP transactions required for production activities.
* Computer literacy (MS Office Suite) essential, as the role involves preparing presentations and documentation.
