We are seeking a skilled Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work alongside occasional site visits for pivotal stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and actively participate in requirement-gathering workshops.
* Provide guidance to the implementation and business teams to achieve optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Execute design and build processes.
* Conduct show-and-tell sessions to showcase project progress.
* Prepare comprehensive solution design documents and configuration workbooks.
* Collaborate closely with the team for the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
Qualifications:
* Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation.
* In-depth knowledge of zero-to-gross payroll processing, pay calculations, WFM time punch integration, final pay processing, and other relevant payroll procedures.
* Advanced understanding of UK payroll processes and legislation.
* Configuration proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud for UK payroll.
* Coordination with payroll business and implementation team leads.
* Familiarity with payroll-related reporting.
* Exceptional written, oral, and listening communication skills.
* Strong collaborative abilities with both teams and individuals to achieve shared objectives.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
