Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Twenty Two.
The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you will:
 * Ensure the kitchen, equipment, and
 back-of-house areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.
 * Support the chefs and kitchen team by
 maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment and utensils.
 * Operate dishwashers, clean surfaces, and
 manage waste safely in line with our hygiene standards.
 * Assist with deliveries, storage, and
 stock rotation under supervision.
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues to
 ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

hotel, restaurant, and private members’ club located in the heart of Mayfair.
Set within a Grade II listed Edwardian manor, we are dedicated to redefining

About You
We are looking for individuals who are
passionate about excellence and teamwork, with a strong sense of responsibility
and pride in their work.
You will have:
 * Previous experience as a kitchen porter,
 steward, or cleaner in a busy kitchen (preferred but not essential).
 * A positive attitude and willingness to
 learn.
 * Strong attention to detail and
 reliability.
 * The ability to work efficiently as part
 of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 * A commitment to upholding the highest standards of
 cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
 * Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen
 areas, including equipment, floors, and surfaces.
 * Operate dishwashing machinery safely and
 effectively.
 * Support chefs with daily kitchen setup
 and close-down routines.
 * Handle deliveries and assist with stock
 management where required.
 * Follow all food safety, COSHH, and
 health & safety procedures.
 * Report any maintenance or hygiene issues
 promptly to supervisors.
