Headquartered in Vienna, Austria and with offices across the globe providing linguistic services and technology to some of the world’s leading organizations, Janus Worldwide is looking to add a BDM to our team who has the drive and determination to build strategic relationships with organizations across a range of verticals.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Creating and implementing activities for lead generation and identifying, progressing and closing new business opportunities
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers
* Develop and execute on growth plans and strategies
* Work with the Janus internal team members to develop solutions to meet customer needs and objectives
* Collaboration with internal teams and customers to develop roadmaps and ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
* Establish, maintain and report on sales pipeline
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in the localization/translation industry as business development manager/sales manager
* A desire to be successful
* Enjoy talking to and meeting people
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and results oriented
* Strong interpersonal skills, a team player
