As our new Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our export customers across all divisions. In this key role, you’ll deliver professional, efficient, and timely support by owning all elements of customer orders from point of receipt right through to delivery.
We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Care Specialist who is quality-focused to deliver an outstanding service. You will be methodical and adaptable to fit changing business needs and thrive both as a team worker and when working under your own initiative.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain efficient administrative processes to support the Customer Care Team and ensure smooth operations.
Process customer orders and provide regular updates by coordinating with internal departments and external shipping agents.
Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer accounts, including pricing updates and new account setup.
Deliver professional front-line customer service, resolving queries and complaints promptly or escalating when necessary.
Coordinate international shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
