About the role De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading is recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager to support and guide our team of Bar Tenders. Our Bar Team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.
As the Assistant Bar Manager you will
* Support the Bar Manager and take a lead role on the bar, creating and serving drinks and engaging with guests on a daily basis.
* Work closely with colleagues to help develop their skills and knowledge.
* Keep the bar area clean and well stocked at all times.

Your skills & experience:
* Bar experience at supervisor level or above.
* Confidence and guest-focused, delivering exceptional service.
* Excellent organiser with a professional attitude and effective delegation.
* Familiarity with booking systems such as Open Table is ideal but not essential.
