We have an opportunity for a Systems Sales Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of UK Sales. The role will include managing our existing distributor network, as well as developing new business across the North England, Scotland and Ireland regions.
Job Role
As a Systems Sales Specialist at Lucart Hygiene Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales growth. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with strong sales experience and desirable industry experience to drive continuous sales growth and help us maintain our position as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage our existing and well-established customer base.
* Strategically develop new business via new and existing distributors
* Main focus on L one and Identity systems, with added value products in Eco Natural, Texicell and Aquastream brands.
* End User "push pull" method – Site visits on behalf/with distributors, trials and cost in use implementations.
* Sales training for Distributor teams
* Attend exhibitions ranging from National events, to regional, on behalf of Lucart and distributors accordingly.
* Network across the area to spread our company brand.
* Manage tender opportunities.
* Act as the liaison between our distributors and internal customer service team.
* Stay up to date with internal and external developments.
* Help to develop and promote new products.
Required Characteristics:
* Has a track record of success in Systems Sales and Key account management, with at least 3-years' experience.
* Is a customer focused team player, with a flexible approach.
* Possesses strong organisational skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Has excellent negotiation and sales skills.
* Has a full UK driving license.
