Main Purpose of Job:
Support and assist with the facilitation of day-to-day operations and fulfilment of cleaning services.
Responsible to:
Operations Director
Main Tasks of Job:
* Booking and coordinating travel arrangements
* Booking, coordinating and tracking external training
* Processing Operative and Subcontractor timesheets and invoices
* Administrative HR tasks
* Processing new starter information for project workers and sub-contractors
* Collating and processing project information
* Provide direct support to the Operations Manager
* Answering phone calls and emails, acknowledging internal and external project related queries.
* Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
* Stock Control
* Fleet tracking, License checks
* Booking and co-ordinating fleet changes and maintenance
* Equipment hire/off hire and tracking
* Uniform - Record of Issue
* Holiday Tracking

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £22,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
* Administrative : 3 years (preferred)
Language:
* English (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
