About the Role - Agricultural Banking Analyst
As a Agricultural Banking Analyst within our Relationship team, you will be responsible for working closely day to day with both our Internal and External Agricultural Relationship Managers, reviewing all onboarding and due diligence checks to make sure they follow policy and providing feedback to Relationship Managers if outside of SLA.
The Relationship team is responsible for building personal relationships with our farming customers, providing excellent customer service when executing tasks requested by the bank or customer, and being a brand ambassador for the bank at all times.

Essential Skills / Experience
* Experience of KYB/KYC/beneficial owners onboarding processes in a business/commercial banking environment is preferred.
* Ability to summarise at high level as-well-as explain detail findings clearly and concisely (written and verbally).
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to foster improvement and strengthen collaboration within teams.
* Organisation Skills.
* Problem-Solving Skills.
* Assessing and Interpreting Risks.
Desirable Skills / Experience
* Knowledge of regulatory policies within the financial services sector.
* Previous experience in a financial services environment.
* Agricultural background.
