We are looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to join our friendly team in Sutton, where you'll support people with learning disabilities to live happy, independent lives. You'll be based in a welcoming, supportive home in Sutton, South West London, working alongside a close-knit team and supporting eight individuals with learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support with their everyday needs, including:
* Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
* Accompanying them to appointments, activities, and community events
* Helping them feel safe, confident, and empowered
* Providing emotional support and building strong, respectful relationships
* Being a consistent part of their daily routine
Hours and Shift Pattern: This is a full-time position with a rotating shift pattern, which includes day shifts, sleep-in shifts, waking night shifts, and some weekends. Flexibility is key - we're looking for someone reliable and adaptable.
About You: We're looking for someone who is compassionate, calm, and patient, works well as part of a team, and is happy to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

You will work towards your L2 Adult Care Apprenticeship Qualification. Our apprenticeship program includes regular catch-ups, check-in emails, and calls with your Personal Tutor, and your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
