This includes initiatives related to Mid-lifecycle, Time, Onboarding, Payroll, Governance, and Data. The primary objective is to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Helping to capture requirements from business stakeholders, building/updating the right documentation for the process and product as well as maintaining project documentation. The role reports to the VP, Global People Process, and partners strongly with the team Tower Leaders and Regional People Operations, People Centre's of Excellence (COE) and Enterprise Platform teams, including Digital & Technology and Finance Processes. What you will be doing: - Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities across various initiatives. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless project execution. - Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. - Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Support the development and implementation of project management processes and tools. - Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed. What you will need for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred - Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within an HR function. - Strong knowledge of HR project management principles and methodologies. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Experience working within a Shared Services or centralized operating environment for a global company is desirable.
