Job Title: Mechanical Shift Engineer My client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Mechanical Shift Engineer, to join the team located in Liverpool Street, to work for an established Banking contract. They will be responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for career progression, as my client looks to invest and qualify the engineer to act as an appointed Authorized Person (AP) within 6 months from onboarding. Purpose of Job To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to client Heating & Air-Conditioning Systems in accordance with agreed service levels. Also to look after all mechanical/plumbing aspects of the facility. The engineer must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of plant within a typical commercial environment. Experience with HVAC heating systems, Air Handling Units, Fire alarms and associated equipment, Building management systems, Hot and cold-water systems including pumps and water temperature control would be advantageous.
