GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Boston. This role is available for an immediate start and offers an excellent opportunity to inspire pupils across the primary phase.
About the Role / Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, broad, and balanced lessons aligned with the national curriculum. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to foster a stimulating learning atmosphere, meet individual learning needs, and encourage pupils to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver outstanding lessons that motivate and challenge pupils.
Support children in their academic, personal, and social development.
Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor progress and guide instruction.
Establish a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
Contribute to the school’s wider community and extra-curricular activities.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice.
High expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and a positive outlook.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
