In this role, you will ensure outstanding customer service for Lincoln College students and the local community outside of regular hours. Your responsibilities will include marketing the facility, managing staff, and maintaining health and safety standards.
You will drive financial growth, create engaging member strategies, and ensure the center's cleanliness. Collaborating with the Sport curriculum team and various college service units, you will help achieve operational excellence.
