About Our Client

Job Description
3. Ensure services meet legal, customer, and internal quality standards.
4. Maintain, monitor, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
5. Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of BRCGS certification.
6. Analyse performance data and produce quality and compliance reports.
7. Develop, update, and manage quality procedures, controls, and documentation.
8. Provide internal support for IT/telephony systems and act as the main contact for service providers.
9. Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.
10. Deliver quality‑related training and support staff in adopting quality standards.
11. Respond to customer complaints professionally and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
12. Enforce health & safety standards, investigate incidents, and ensure a safe working environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Coordinator should have:
13. Experience in compliance within the transport and distribution industry.
14. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in logistics.
15. Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
16. Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential risks.
17. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external regulators.
