As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and smooth service. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Starters, Mains, Pastry) and ensure dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Uphold consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all dishes
3-5 years' experience in a professional kitchen, ideally at Demi Chef de Partie level or above
~ Strong team player with a genuine passion for food and hospitality
? Occasional travel may be required but will be minimal.
? 42PH, depending on experience
Full-time, 2080 hours per annum
