The Role: What You’ll Be Doing As a key player in their growth, you won't be micromanaged. You’ll hit the ground running, owning your territory and driving deals across the line. Hunt & Gather: Leverage and expand your existing introducer network to hunt down high-quality leads. Structure the Deal: Craft, negotiate, and agree on winning initial facility terms. Pitch to Win: Package and present flawless facility proposals to the underwriting team. Seal the Deal: Get out from behind the desk—attend face-to-face client meetings to sign off documentation. Smooth Sailing: Collaborate closely with the internal operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your clients. Be the Face: Act as a polished, professional brand ambassador to all external stakeholders.
