Integrated Urgent Care at Practice Plus Group provides urgent care via 111, Out-Of-Hours, GP and Clinical Assessment services on behalf for the NHS. Join us, and you'll be helping relieve some of the pressure on NHS Emergency services at a vital time.
A part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll be helping us tackle health inequality and ensuring patient who need urgent care get seen in the best place for their needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) who can independently prescribe.
We are proud of our strong, stable infrastructure that ensures clinical safety and facilitatessenior-level support and guidance. You’ll benefit fromregular supervision and education events, including weekly case discussions with the medical lead.
We can offer this role as eitherpermanent,bankorself-employed.
What you'll be doing
What you will need:
* Recent experience as an autonomous advanced nurse practitioner in aprimary/urgent care environment, with a proven ability to see, treat and discharge patients ofall ageswith unscheduled presentations.
* Apatient assessment qualification,independent prescribing qualificationandNMC PIN.
* Excellentlistening and communication skills, with good IT and keyboard skills.
