Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across residential, commercial, and/or industrial sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, cold rooms, and commercial refrigeration equipment. * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. * Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions promptly. * Ensure all works comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. * Provide technical support and advice to clients on system performance and efficiency. * Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and maintain proper records. * Collaborate with other engineers and contractors when required. * Participate in on-call rota for emergency breakdowns (if applicable).
