Job Description: Join our Children with Disabilities Team in Kingston and Richmond as a Locum Social Worker, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. This ongoing, full-time position is securely established until January 2026 and offers competitive rates in line with the London Pledge. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in direct employment with an English local authority. Experience working with children with disabilities is preferred.
Office Collaboration: Work in the Moor Lane office three days a week, fostering close collaboration with your team and participation in community initiatives. Your two-week induction will immerse you in daily office routines, ensuring a smooth start.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care and support plans for children and families.

* Contribute to case conferences and reviews, providing professional insight and recommendations.
* Maintain awareness of changes in legislation and best practices to ensure high standards of service delivery.
