Due to expansion of the business, we are looking to further recruit for the following position.
Cash Collector
Duties and Responsibilities.
The duties and responsibilities of this post are envisaged to develop over time as knowledge and skills increase. This job description will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect role changes.
· Collecting cash from gaming equipment at multiple sites across the South West
· Complete all processing and banking procedures in accordance with Company and customer procedures
· Liaise with collection team to transfer live data and update clients, resolving queries in a professional manner as they arise
· To ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of accuracy within reasonable time frames, as required and with due diligence and attention to detail.
· To handle customer complaints in a calm, non-confrontational and courteous manner. To take responsibility for ensuring that the proprietor of the business is promptly informed and any agreed follow-up actions are carried out.
· Must hold a full clean driving license
· To undertake training and to assist in training other or new members of staff as required.
· To work at all times in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and to follow all company procedures and guidelines which assist this.
Some lifting will be involved, handling machines and carrying cash and your work day equipment.
The area to be covered is primarily Bristol, Somerset and Devon, but this is not exclusive as cover may be required in other areas.
Driving can form a large part of the working day, so potential candidates should be comfortable with this
Hours are flexible as the nature of the business can require early starts and occasionally late finishes. This will depend on the sites you visit and area that you are working in.
References and DBS check will be required.

Desired Attributes
Proven experience in cash handling is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities as well as being able to prioritise tasks accordingly.

Excellent communication skills and customer interaction
Flexibility to cover absences and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours to cover busy or peak collection periods.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data and information with discretion.
Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Knowledge of slot machines or the gaming industry is an advantage
