About the Role: Seeking an experienced Head of HR to join a well-established organisation during an exciting period of ambitious growth. This is a leadership role, directly reporting to the CEO, focused on delivering HR strategy and nurturning a high performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all payroll input undertaken by the HR team, ensuring procedures are regularly reviewed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Play a key role in the annual salary review process. Maintain a sound, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Deliver HR strategy (without being directly involved in planning). Support organisational growth, including involvement in acquisitions or mergers where TUPE experience will be highly advantageous. Monthly/occasion travel to their London offices for Committee/Board meetings. Inspire, mentor, and develop an established, collaborative and effective HR team.
