Position: Senior Site Manager/Construction Manager Location: Thames Water Framework Salary Guide: £60,000 - £70,000 Plus Car/Allowance and Excellent Package Our client is a Tier 1 Design & Build Contractor operating predominantly in the water industry who have been awarded a programme of work to deliver non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects for Thames Water valued at over £400M. They are recruiting for two Construction Managers, one to cover projects in the Western Thames Water region and the other for projects in London. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and your role will include managing Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability with responsibility for managing compliance for all delivered construction work. Managing your local construction delivery team to ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with the scheme deliverables.
