And now, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring our brand voice to life across every channel.
As our Copywriter, you’ll create clear, compelling, customer-focused content that supports our marketing strategy and enhances the customer experience at every touchpoint.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Brand teams to produce engaging content across:
* Website & digital platforms
* Email campaigns
* Brochures & sales tools
* Trend reports & long‑form editorial
* Press releases
* Social content
* Owned brand storytelling
* Multi-channel campaign messaging
This is a fantastic role for a creative, curious communicator with a sharp eye for detail — someone who can adapt tone effortlessly, understand customer needs, and transform information into copy that inspires, educates, and connects.
What you’ll do:
* Write and adapt copy for a wide range of marketing channels
* Simplify complex or technical product information into customer-friendly language
* Develop strong narratives for campaigns and brand storytelling
* Ensure all content reflects our tone of voice and supports commercial goals
* Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver integrated, high-quality content
* Optimise copy for user intent and SEO where relevant
* Contribute fresh ideas and continuously look for ways to enhance our content
About You:

* Experienced in producing content for B2B or multi-channel environments
* Confident translating complex topics into simple, engaging copy
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple briefs
* A natural collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally
* Passionate about brand voice, tone consistency, and meaningful storytelling
* Curious, adaptable, and proactive — always looking to improve and learn
* A qualification in marketing, journalism, communications, English, or similar is an advantage.
