Purpose of the role
As the Head of Marketing, you will serve as a brand guardian and champion The House of Creed and Emerging Brands. Leading a dynamic team, you'll drive luxury positioning across all touchpoints, leveraging innovative storytelling to disrupt and delight in the world of fragrance. Reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with the global marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's success.
Key responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Drive our luxury positioning through visionary marketing strategies, ensuring excellence across all touchpoints.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
* Global Partnerships: Lead UK initiatives while aligning with our global teams for maximum impact.
* Brand Development: Shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our brand's vision and values.
* Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical values.
* Financial Goals: Achieve sales and profit objectives through cost-efficient marketing initiatives.
Skills/Experiences desired
* Educated to degree level preferably in Marketing or Business, with a record of CIM membership.
* Strong commercial acumen able to demonstrate strong business decisions creating sound ROI on marketing spend, pricing and distribution.
* Substantial experience within a Senior Marketing Manager role in a rapidly growing Fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail brand
* Experience dealing with UK Department Store Management and a Retail Partner
* Experience working in an omnichannel distribution environment within the UK/Eire
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading, motivating, and developing a Marketing team.
* Extensive expertise in building and maintaining excellent business relationships with key stakeholders, with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
* Strong analytical skills balanced with a creative mind, able to make decisions based on detail and marketing expertise.
* Highly organised collaborator with good attention to detail, achievement of timelines, excellent budget management and strong presentation skills (verbal and written)
* Possess a strong work ethic with a drive to succeed both personally and professionally.
