We’re looking for a detail-driven and commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our performance marketing team at Phlo on a full time, permanent basis. You’ll support the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across key acquisition channels, — with a particular focus on Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta and our affiliate marketing programme. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives on structure, and finds satisfaction in keeping high performing campaigns clean, data accurate, and dashboards meaningful. You’ll bring order to busy campaigns, support testing cycles, and work closely with the wider team to ensure every initiative is delivered with precision and insight.
