We are recruiting an experienced and events-focused Head Chef to lead the culinary operation at a multi-outlet live events venue in Yorkshire! The venue features restaurants, kiosks, premium hospitality spaces and lounges, offering real variety and pace! The Head Chef would have full autonomy over their menu, with the expectation of 50 to 100 covers per day in Yorkshire.
The offer
Up to £45,000 basic salary.
Events-focused Head Chef role.
Average 48 hours per week (hours flex with event schedule).

The role
Lead the full kitchen operation across multiple primarily across the restaurant.
Manage a small core kitchen team, supported by casual chefs for major events.
Oversee kitchen organisation, food standards, hygiene and service delivery
Work collaboratively on menu development, with some shared input alongside an Executive Chef.
Report into the senior F&B leadership team,

The Head Chef
Proven experience as a Head Chef within events, arenas, stadia, large venues, hotels or restaurants.
Calm under pressure with excellent organisational ability.
Excellent commitment and longevity within previous roles.
