Aureos are currently looking for a strong Project Administrator to support with our battery storage project in Woolpit. Supporting the Project Manager with all administrative duties ensuring all works are compliant with respect to, Project Delivery, Commercial Applications and Health & Safety.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
Duties
* Collation of completion packs from previous week
* Clock off completed works
* Raising outage requests on UKPN System
* Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests
* Liaise with client & local authorities
* Collation of Timesheets
* Attend Project Meetings
* Minute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required
* Cross reference cost & sales summary sheet with monthly commercial application and forward to Commercial Team.
* Various other ad hoc duties as required
Experience
* Have very good written and spoken English skills.
* Requires detailed knowledge & usage of excel
* IT Literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.
* Self-motivated and works well under pressure.
* Reliable and flexible
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability prioritise
* Able to work with own initiative and as part of a team with a consistent performance
* High level of analytical skills
* Highly motivated
* Able to work within defined timescales
