Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Ballynahinch. You will develop and deliver high-quality training programmes to enhance the skills of our Care Professionals and Support Team.
* Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes according to company standards
* Conduct inductions for new team members
* Assess training needs and create development plans

Additional Information:
