Are you a New Build – Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take your career to the next level?
The Role
As a New Build Conveyancing Paralegal you will be managing your own caseload of New Build purchase transactions and associated sales from the initial instruction to the final completion stage. You will work closely with the team to expedite cases efficiently, upholding high client service standards. Additionally, you will liaise with our valued clients, understanding their requirements, and managing all cases in line with service level agreements and industry best practices.
You will receive 1‑1 support from a dedicated Legal Executive for administrative aspects of your cases, as well as assistance from a team of Legal Assistants and experienced Solicitors when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the swift and efficient progression of all conveyancing matters, managing cases comprehensively from instruction to completion.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and manage cases in adherence to service level agreements and best practices.
* Prioritise tasks and optimise work procedures for maximum efficiency.
* Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients, colleagues, and external agencies, consistently delivering professional and efficient service.
* Effectively utilise our case management system.
Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in New Build conveyancing.
* Competent in New Build missives, Pro Forma Offers, Offers to Sell and associated sale missives.
* Professional and confident phone manner and ability to provide excellent service to clients.
* Strong, clear and concise communication skills with the ability to maintain client contact throughout the entire process.
* Sound analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
* Computer literacy, with excellent MS Office skills.
