Commercial Property Solicitor – 1-3 PQE

About the Firm & Team
A top regional law firm with a strong commercial property practice is expanding. The team advises clients from SMEs to corporates and public sector bodies. Junior and mid-PQE lawyers are given real responsibility, exposure and support, in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload including:
o Freehold & leasehold property sales and purchases
o Grants and taking of leases
o Licence matters (licences to occupy, assign, restricted use)
o Landlord & tenant management
o Corporate property support
* Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, licences and other property documents
* Provide clear, commercial advice to clients
* Liaise with clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
* Contribute to business development and help grow client relationships
About You
* Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in commercial property
* Experience in one or more of: leasehold/freehold acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant matters, leases/licences, corporate property support
* Strong drafting, negotiation and client-care skills
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
* Confident dealing with clients from SMEs to large corporates/public sector
* Interest in business development and growing a personal property practice
