Service Advisor – Main Dealer
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Salary: £27,000 basic | OTE: £34,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) | Saturdays (1 in 3)

As a vital link between our workshop and our customers, you will manage the end-to-end service journey. You'll be responsible for providing expert advice, managing expectations, and ensuring every vehicle owner leaves our dealership satisfied.

What You Will Be Doing
* Customer Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular progress updates and a warm welcome.
* Workflow Management: Prepare job cards, manage bookings, and generate quotes using the Pinnacle DMS.
* Performance Driving: Utilize Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (EVHC) to identify opportunities and meet department targets.
* Parts & Inventory: Coordinate with the parts department to ensure accuracy, quality control, and optimal stock levels.
