Multi Trader – Voids

We're looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out void refurbishments, helping turn empty properties into safe, high-quality homes.
Key Duties
* Strip-out kitchens, bathrooms & flooring
* General repairs: brickwork, plastering & flooring
* Carpentry: doors, kitchens, skirting, frames
* Basic plumbing: taps, sanitaryware, pipework
* Decorating, tiling & finishing works
What You'll Need
* Strong multi-trade skills across maintenance & refurbishment
* Ability to work independently and hit turnaround targets
* Good problem-solving and attention to detail
* Health & safety awareness
Desirable
* NVQ / City & Guilds
* CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
* Social housing / voids experience
